Returns policy
You can return your items within 10 days of receiving your order. Postage costs must be paid by you.
Simply send them back using the packaging that was sent with your items and drop off at your nearest Australia post.
Please follow the steps below within 10 days of receiving your delivery:
1: Email [email protected]
2: Place garment/s in original packaging and remove or cross out the existing address, barcode/QR code. Take to your nearest Aus Post and write down the address that was sent via email.
3: Fix the shipment label overtop of original shipping details (to avoid confusion)
3: Pay for the item to be shipped, then email us the tracking number if you have one so we can take care of it for you and refund you when we receive it.
International returns
You will need to return your item to us using your own return shipping method. Please email [email protected] and we will provide return address.
Conditions of return
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.
The items must be purchased from the website only.
The items must be returned within 10 days of receiving order.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes for sale items.
