Hi, i’m Kezia. (Pronounced Keh-zee-ah) I’m the founder and designer of KEZIA. Also a wife and full-time mother to one gorgeous boy, Samuel.
We are a family run business based on the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia.
I’ve always dreamt about matching with my little girl, but I was blessed with my gorgeous boy instead. In my desperate and somewhat unsuccessful attempts to hold onto that dream and find styles that were classic and neutral enough to match with him, I endeavoured to create my own.
That’s how KEZIA was born.
My dream is to create incredibly wearable and timeless pieces for women throughout all stages of life and motherhood, in styles and fabrics that can be mixed and matched with their minis. I wanted to combine both timelessness and playfulness with wearability and practicality. Pieces that become your ‘go-to’ but you will treasure and want to pass down to your children.
Everything is ethically made in a small manufacturing team in Vietnam and my packaging is plastic free, compostable, biodegradable and/or recyclable.
I believe that this shouldn’t be just a ‘marketing tactic’ but the standard for all brands. We all have a part to play in nurturing our earth and a responsibility for protecting all those who are involved in our creative process. If an item of clothing is beautiful but it causes harm and heartache for the hands who make it then is it truly beautiful?
That is why I have chosen a beautiful team of makers located in Vietnam. They are run by 2 Australian girls who have genuine, beautiful hearts and truly care for people and the earth.
